Vehicle Mounted Panel

If there are AC motors or devices on the moving equipment then vehicle mounted control panels come in play to control all the vehicle mounted devices. Examples of these applications are commercial vehicles, maintenance trailers or moving industrial rigs. These control panels need to control 1 phase or 3 phase multiple AC voltage air compressors, exhaust fans, hydraulic power units in mobile maintenance trucks or trailer, onsite commercial shredders, road stripping machines, mobile pumping systems, vacuum units, heating and cooling units. The power for the system is generally produced by generators and if not sized properly the AC motors have hard time to start smoothly without killing the generator. After evaluating the application, power availability and usage we can design your system so all the bigger horsepower motors are power by soft starters or variable frequency drives and interlocked with non essential loads. We will make sure the panels have some type of shock absorbers or rubber pads for mounting to mobile units. We also provide 12VDC control panels which use the battery power. The DC control panels generally house, fuse boxes, circuit breakers, power relays, controllers, solenoids, gauges, meters, toggle switches, push buttons and joy sticks, control actuators, valves, et cetera. These control panels are capable of controlling valves, actuators, vibrators, motors, lights and much more.
