Air Filtration Unit

Air filtration units are also known as air scrubbers. These units scrub the air for reuse or scrub before releasing to the atmosphere. We have designed and built multiple panels to control these units. Generally the control panels controls the fan motor, pre-heater coils, damper actuators and filter monitor gauges. Some time special pressure switches are used to monitor the air flow, dirty filter conditions, mist and grease. In a lot of cases we use variable frequency to control the fan speed to maintain certain air flow or adjustable level of flow. In some case we use soft starters where wear and tear could be the issue on bearing or any other spinning parts due to jerky start. As these panels mostly work within buildings so need to talk to building management via special controllers
