PLC Panels

The PLC stands for Programmable Logic Controller. The PLC opens the door for an entire another world of automation, intelligence, control, communication, a high-performance industrial computer that receives various form signal inputs, process them at the hardware level and processes them according to the application program and delivers the outputs.

PLC is a state-of-the-art programmable state machine that executes the process according to the program image and a process image. It is a testament to the progress of modern control engineering. Essentially it has the computing and control capability based on logic, scientific, mathematical and engineering functions.

PLC panel involves a lot of engineering effort to arrive at the best match for control, quality, reliability, safety, level of automation of the process and economics. It involves a lot of planning based on the process knowledge, physical signal input/ output classification, their operating voltage, current, behavior, limitations, engineering data types, security, access control, and communication networks. It involves the overlapping standards that govern the electrical, electronic, network, cyber security systems, industrial control systems, safe manufacturing, continuous, batch control standards.
The panels are manufactured standards mentioned above and operating environment specifications such as general, industrial, and hazardous condition. Also, the panels are manufactured on a central or distributed control needs.
