Braking Resistor Panel

Any motors produce energy when removed from power while running. Dynamic resistors are required to dissipate the energy produced by a motor if that motor was power up by a drive otherwise that excessive energy will feedback the energy to drive We can custom integrate any type of dynamic braking resistor with any wattage, resistance value in nema nema 1, nema 12 and nema 3R. These come with high limit thermostat, high temperature termination kit. Generally the dynamic resistor is wired at brake terminals at a VFD to dissipate the excessive energy while motor free wheels. We can make panel top mount, side mount or stand mount. The high temperature cable is recommended to wire these with voltage rating of two times the square root of 2 to the nominal voltage of the system
