Pulley Cleaner Heaters

Pulley Cleaners are heater are mounted at the back face of every conveyor pulley to prevent build-up of tar sand on the face of the pulleys. In winter the the lumps of tar sand is deposited on the pulleys and if not cleaned in timely fashion it makes the belt to come off pulley or break. The heaters soften or melt the deposits so the belt can run in smooth manner. We retrofit the used assemblies or make new ones. In general heater elements attached to the pipe assemblies with hard pipe stubs but we can also attached the elements to the main pipe run with flexible conduits as well for ease of mounting. The heater elements are rated for 480 or 600 V and we provide fused circuit protector control box which is wire for 3 phase system.
