12VDC Hydraulic Power Unit

Hydraulic power units are multi-function systems which can supply hydraulic power for any hydraulic operated equipment. AC power power hydraulic units are more common which use the single phase or 3 phase AC induction motor to power the hydraulic pump. DC power unit are more specialized and known for their portability as these can be powered from a 12V DC batteries anywhere without a need of AC power. DC power units are more common in snow plows, tailgate lifts, leveling systems, truck hoists, dump trailers and winches. The power unit displayed in the picture is an industrial 12V DC powered portable high power hydraulic unit which is utilized to operate monster pipe valves, actuators, power lifts in oil and gas plant activities. These are true portable and quiet to operate units.
