Heated Gas Monitor

Even though most of the gas transmitters are rated for indoors and outdoors, some applications demand added protection like a heated enclosure for extreme cold temperatures and vandal protection. We have integrated a few different type of transmitters in heated enclosures. The enclosure can be steel, stainless steel or fiberglass and custom insulated inside or outside with viewing windows, padlockable or key lockable option. Sometimes these enclosures can be wrapped with heated blankets and no heaters required inside the enclosure. Some of the enclosures especially manufactured for this purpose with integrated insulation inside the material and see through window or inspection window on the door. There are different type of enclosure mounts available like floor mount, wall mount, pole mount or hanging from overhead. These enclosures also can house power supplies, terminals etc. which makes this turnkey system. Installing the transmitter in a enclosure also make it vandal proof which is sometimes a requirement for municipality or pipeline projects.
