Picture of an abandoned 1200A 600V switch board which has broken and missing breakers, doors, brackets busbar, instrument transformers and many more items. We offered to retrofit it complete to save time and money

Picture shows fixed up internals of the switchboard with new brackets, breakers, busbar, wiring and instrument transformers.

Picture shows the new outer parts of the enclosure including doors, door latches, power coating etc.

A new cabinet added to the exiting switchgear with breaker controls. More hinges were added to the existing door so it can take the extra weight. New cabinet mounting was done using gaskets and sealant to avoid any leakage.

Inside view of the new breaker control cabinet which was fabricated in our shop. This is an outdoor cabinet, fitted with inner door, breaker protection relay, controller, test switches, and heat to keep the moisture out. A mechanical switch with brake cables was also added for opening the breaker in case of power failure.

New breaker, busbar, insulators and the metal frame and brackets added to old cell during upgrading the breaker in tight time line. Everything was planned by taking measurements, creating drawings, building all the assembly pieces to reduce the install time
